The Alumni Association of SJA has donated $1,000 to assist with expenses for the school’s upcoming Sports Day and other related activities.

Lenworth Johnson, secretary of the Alumni Association, presented the cheque on behalf of past students to Principal Rudolph Davis on Wednesday.

The contribution is intended to help offset costs associated with staging the annual Sports Day, a key event on the school’s calendar, as well as additional school-related expenses.

Principal Davis welcomed the donation and thanked the association for its continued fundraising efforts in support of the institution.

Johnson said the association remains committed to giving back to the school that shaped its former students, pledging ongoing support on behalf of the alumni community.
