The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda has advised that the Criminal Records Office at the Coolidge Police Station will be closed from Monday, February 16 to Friday, February 20, 2026.

Services are scheduled to resume on Monday, February 23.

During the closure, members of the public requiring criminal record checks are being directed to the St. John’s Police Station, where the service will remain available.

In a public notice issued on Thursday, the force apologised for any inconvenience and expressed appreciation for the public’s cooperation.

Criminal record certificates are commonly needed for employment, travel and other official purposes, and individuals with urgent requests are encouraged to make arrangements at the St. John’s station.

Police said the temporary shutdown is part of administrative adjustments at the Coolidge facility aimed at improving service delivery.
