    Antigua and Barbuda secured a 1-0 victory over Grenada on Tuesday night, with Deonre Joseph scoring the decisive goal in the 58th minute.

    The hard-fought encounter at Estadio Cementos Progreso saw both sides battle for control before Joseph found the breakthrough in the second half. The win lifts Antigua and Barbuda to third place in the standings.
