Newly elected St. Philip North Member of Parliament Randy Baltimore has thanked supporters and campaigners following his victory in Monday’s by-election, while pledging to continue working on the issues affecting the constituency.

Speaking shortly after the result, Baltimore opened by expressing gratitude, saying, “Let me give thanks to the Mosaic God. Without Him, this could have never been possible.”

He also acknowledged the support of party members and leadership, adding, “I thank all the comrades who supported me, all the comrades who campaigned with me from the different constituencies, our prime minister, all the members of the cabinet who came out in their numbers.”

Baltimore said the campaign focused on issues affecting residents, noting, “We ran a clean campaign. We campaigned on the issues, we campaigned on the concerns of the people.” He also pointed to ongoing initiatives, stating that his team would “continue to work for the people of St. Philip’s North.”

Encouraging supporters to celebrate the moment, Baltimore said, “We will go out, we will share the happiness to each and every one… The work continues. God bless you. God bless St. Philip’s North.”
