    Police Investigate Fatal Stabbing

    St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, Monday, 16 March 2026

    The police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 38-year-old male of Glanvilles, who was found unresponsive at Lion’s Estate in the Newfield area during the early hours of Monday, March 16.

    Police responded to a report and upon arrival discovered the male with what appeared to be stab wounds about his body. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.

    Investigators and crime scene technicians are currently processing the scene and conducting further inquiries to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.

    The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending official identification and notification of next of kin.

    The Police Administration is appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have information that can assist with the investigation to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or call the Crimestoppers anonymous hotline at 800-TIPS (8477).
