Senior Counsel Anthony Astaphan is saying that the U.S. suspension and tightening of immigrant visa rules has nothing to do with Antigua and Barbuda’s government or the Citizenship by Investment Programme, and everything to do with U.S. domestic immigration policy and enforcement priorities.
