Delano Forbes, accused of murdering four people in incidents dating back to 2017, is set to return to court on 27 October following health complications.

Forbes’ legal team says he has experienced fainting episodes and requires further medical treatment, including assessment for potential surgery related to deteriorating ear tissue.

His lawyer, Sherfield Bowen, confirmed that arrangements are being made with the prison authorities to provide the necessary care.

Forbes was originally scheduled to stand trial in July, but the proceedings have faced multiple delays. The latest adjournment highlights ongoing challenges in moving the case forward.

No further details have been released regarding the new trial date or potential adjustments due to Forbes’ medical condition.
