Carlisle Bay Antigua has been ranked the ninth-best resort in the Caribbean and the Atlantic, and the top resort in Antigua, according to the 2025 Condé Nast Traveller Readers’ Choice Awards.

The accolade comes as the luxury beachfront property prepares to reopen on 16 October, following the first phase of a multi-million-dollar refurbishment.

The redesign includes updates to the resort’s Bay, Garden and Ocean Suites, which management says signal “a new era where relaxed island living meets timeless style and authentic Caribbean warmth.”

Located on Antigua’s south coast, Carlisle Bay is known for its combination of contemporary design and natural surroundings, offering guests a secluded retreat framed by rainforest and turquoise waters.

The Readers’ Choice Awards, now in their 38th year, are among the most respected in the travel industry, with winners selected based on votes from Condé Nast Traveller readers worldwide.
