ST. JOHN’S, Antigua — Police Public Relations Officer Frankie Thomas is urging residents of Villa to come forward with information that could assist investigators following the fatal shooting of two teenagers.

Seventeen-year-old Brianna Clark and Omari Lewis were shot and killed in an incident that has shaken the community and heightened concerns about gun violence.

Thomas appealed directly to residents, warning that silence only protects those responsible and delays justice for the victims and their families.

The killings bring the country’s homicide count for the year to eight.
