Dexter Scotland is charged in connection with Isaac’s death following a shooting in the village of Willikies on June 4, 2023.

Prosecutors allege that Isaac was shot multiple times around 8 p.m. outside a bar. He sustained several gunshot wounds, including injuries to the head and side, and was taken to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre for treatment. He died about a week later despite medical efforts.

Scotland is scheduled to return to court on March 13 for case management ahead of the trial.
