The National Youth Parliament Association of Antigua and Barbuda (NYPAAB) travelled to St. Kitts and Nevis on, September 23, as the Association continues to strengthen regional partnerships and advance youth parliamentary engagement across the Eastern Caribbean. The delegation is led by President Ezekiel Francois and includes Vice President Rainer Santos Mercado, External Affairs Officer Esther McKenzie, and Youth Member of Parliament for All Saints East & St. Luke, Celine Edwards.

The visit comes as the NYPAAB’s main regional partner, the St. Kitts National Youth Parliament Association, celebrates 25 years of establishment. Over the past four years, the partnership has included several regional engagements, including the 2022 and 2023 regional sittings, the 2023 ECYPN and ECCU sittings, and the 2025 regional sitting, providing opportunities for young parliamentary representatives to connect, exchange experiences, and strengthen regional collaboration.

As the NYPAAB joins its regional partner in marking this milestone, the Association remains committed to building meaningful relationships with youth parliamentary organizations across the region and creating new opportunities for cooperation, engagement, and the development of young parliamentary leaders.
