Volunteers with Dogs and Cats of Antigua are asking the public to help locate an injured dog believed to be in the Bishopsgate Street area of St. John’s.

The animal welfare organization said the dog was reported by a concerned resident and is in urgent need of veterinary care. Despite search efforts, volunteers have been unable to find it.

Residents and motorists are urged to report any sightings immediately and avoid chasing or frightening the dog. Anyone with information is asked to contact Dogs and Cats of Antigua through its Facebook page or emergency contact numbers so the animal can be rescued and taken for treatment.
