    One Victim Hospitalized for Surgery, Others Discharged After Easter Sunday Shooting

    POLICE PROVIDE UPDATE ON EASTER SUNDAY SHOOTING INCIDENT

    St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda

    The police are continuing investigations into the shooting incident that occurred at Corn Alley during the early hours of Easter Sunday, April 5.

    One of the victims, a 20-year-old male, remains hospitalized at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre, where he continues to receive medical treatment. He is expected to undergo surgery for injuries sustained to his hand and thigh.

    The other victims who were injured during the incident have since been treated and discharged from the hospital.

    Investigations into the matter remain ongoing as police continue their efforts to identify and apprehend those responsible.

    The Police Administration is appealing to anyone with information that may assist in the investigation to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or call the Crimestoppers anonymous hotline at 800-TIPS (8477).
