As part of Women’s Month activities throughout March, Flow Antigua and Barbuda proudly celebrated women and girls through a meaningful community partnership with Scrub Life Cares, a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women, girls, and youth across Antigua and Barbuda through health education, advocacy, and access to essential resources.

While International Women’s Day (IWD) is officially observed on March 8, Flow extended the spirit of the occasion across the entire month, embracing the 2026 IWD theme, “Give to Gain,” through a corporate outreach initiative titled “Give Back, Pay It Forward.”

Throughout March, Flow employees were invited to donate essential self‑care and vital feminine hygiene items to support women and girls in the community. Donation bins were placed at all three Flow locations, making participation accessible and encouraging a strong culture of giving among staff.

In a demonstration of corporate responsibility and solidarity, Flow Antigua and Barbuda matched the donations made by staff, effectively doubling the impact of the initiative and reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to community upliftment.

“At Flow Antigua and Barbuda, we believe that meaningful change happens when we come together with purpose. By extending our International Women’s Day observance throughout Women’s Month and matching our staff’s contributions, we were able to double the impact of this initiative and support the vital work being done by Scrub Life Cares to uplift women and girls in our communities,” said Wayne Hull, Country Manager, Flow Antigua and Barbuda.

All donated items were formally presented to Scrub Life Cares by Mr. Hull, highlighting the importance of dignity, personal wellness, and empowerment for women and girls, while underscoring the value of collaboration between the corporate sector and community‑based organizations.

This Women’s Month initiative served as a reminder that celebrating women extends beyond a single day. Through collective action and generosity, Flow Antigua and Barbuda continues to support initiatives that create meaningful, lasting impact within the community.

Flow Antigua and Barbuda extends sincere thanks to all staff members who contributed and helped turn compassion into action.
