The Police have arrested and charged 38-year-old Tony Bright of No Fixed Place of Abode in connection with a Building Breaking and Larceny offence that occurred on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at Market Street.

It is alleged that Bright broke into a business establishment and stole an undisclosed sum of money, along with several electronic items; including one (1) iPhone 13 Pro, two (2) Amazon Tablets, one (1) Samsung A7 Tablet, and two (2) Selfie Ring Lights, among other items. The total value of the stolen property is estimated at $9,070.

Following further investigations into the incident, Bright was taken into custody and formally charged for the offences. He is expected to appear before the court to answer to the charges.

The Police Administration is once again urging business owners and residents to enhance their security measures by installing surveillance systems, properly securing their property, and promptly reporting any suspicious activities observed around their business premises.
