With deep gratitude and humility, I thank you, the comrades of St. George, for placing your trust in me as your ABLP candidate. This victory belongs not to me alone, but to every one of you who believed in our shared vision for a brighter St. George.

To all who supported this campaign through your votes, volunteering, spreading the word, or simply offering words of encouragement – thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your faith in me is a responsibility I do not take lightly.

I also extend my sincere appreciation to comrades Joel Rayne, Bakisha Francis-James, and Salim Browne for their exceptional campaigns. Each brought valuable ideas and perspectives that have enriched our collective vision for St. George. Their dynamic, clean, issues-focused campaigns demonstrated the caliber of leadership within our party, and I look forward to working closely with them, with all comrades, and with all residents of St. George as we move forward together.

Now is the time for unity and teamwork. Together, we will build the St. George we’ve envisioned – with modernized infrastructure, enhanced opportunities for our youth, boosted support for small businesses, thriving community sports, cleaner environments, vibrant cultural celebrations, better healthcare, safer neighborhoods, greater support for the vulnerable, and more affordable housing for all.

This primary election was just the beginning. As we gear up for a brighter future, and for the next general election, I ask everyone – supporters, fellow candidates, all comrades, and all residents of St. George – to join hands in this journey. Our strength lies in our unity, and our success depends on our collective effort. Let’s unite to ignite the change we all desire and deserve!

Also, know that I pledge to stay connected and accountable to you all, now and forever, just as I promised.

Now, let’s move St. George forward—together!

    Michael Freeland
    ABLP Candidate for St. George
