The Medical Benefits Scheme has issued a public advisory for beneficiaries who received Atorvastatin 10 mg or 20 mg from an MBS pharmacy during June 2026.

Beneficiaries are asked to review the notice, check the lot number on their medication packaging and follow the return and replacement instructions provided.

The MBS Nevis Street Pharmacy will be open on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m to further facilitate returns.

The advisory applies only to the specific lots identified. Beneficiaries should not discontinue any prescribed medication without first consulting a medical doctor, nurse or pharmacist
