A new Board of Directors for the Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) has been sworn in at Government House by Governor-General Sir Rodney Williams.

Luther Lee will serve as Chairman and Purcell Bird as Deputy Chairman. Other members are Senator Shaquan O’Neil, Elisabeth Fane, Tesfa Francis and Kelvin Benjamin. Sir McLean Emmanuel will serve as Consultant, while Joy Dublin is Corporate Secretary.

Sir Rodney urged the new Board to serve with integrity, accountability and sound judgement as APUA continues upgrades to its water, electricity and telecommunications services.
