The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology will hold its Annual Thanksgiving Service on Thursday, October 1, as part of activities marking the start of the 2026-27 academic year.
The service will begin at 10 a.m. at the S.J.P.C. House of Restoration Ministries on Lauchland Benjamin Drive.
Students, educators, families and other members of the education sector are invited to attend the event, which will focus on giving thanks and seeking guidance for the new school year.
The 2026-27 academic year begins on August 31, while students are scheduled to return to the classroom on September 7.
