SOURCE: DBS RADIO- A second police officer has been charged with the murder of 16-year-old Jabaya Paul of Portsmouth.

The officer, who is also from Portsmouth, was arrested at Douglas-Charles Airport last week after returning to Dominica.

He is expected to appear in court this morning, where the murder charge will be formally read to him.

The development follows the charging of another police officer in connection with the teenager’s death.

Jabaya Paul had been missing for several weeks before her body was discovered in the Capuchin area.
