The Ministry of Health, Wellness, Environment and Civil Service Affairs has congratulated Minister Michael Joseph after he officially received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialty in Risk Management.

In a congratulatory message issued on Tuesday, the ministry’s management and staff described the achievement as a proud milestone, extending best wishes to the minister on behalf of the ministry’s headquarters, its departments and units, and the people of Antigua and Barbuda.

The ministry praised Joseph’s academic accomplishment and expressed confidence that the knowledge gained through his studies would further support his service to the country.

Officials also wished the minister continued success as he carries the achievement forward in his work on behalf of the nation.
