A mother is appealing for urgent public assistance as efforts continue to locate her missing teenage son, who left medical care twice within days.

Tejornie Mannix was admitted to hospital last week after exhibiting sudden behavioural changes, but ran off shortly after arrival. Although police later returned him and he was readmitted, he fled again on Thursday and has not been seen since.

His mother, Teneshia Warren, said the situation is deeply concerning, describing her son as disoriented and not acting like himself.

She also raised alarm over marks seen on his body, heightening fears about his safety while alone.

Warren is urging the public to remain calm if they encounter him, noting that he may react unpredictably due to his condition.

Anyone who sees Mannix is asked not to pursue him, but instead contact his mother at 725-0118 or report the sighting to the nearest police station.
