It is a regional movement,” said Rochelle James, Founder of CSHRP. “Through Harvest of Inspiration , we are creating space for Caribbean HR leaders to collaborate, share expertise, and strengthen the people practices that drive economic growth and organizational success across our islands.”

Organizers note that Antiguan and Barbudan HR professionals have consistently played an active role in LOUD conferences, through the Human Resource Professionals of Antigua and Barbuda (HRPAB), contributing to regional dialogue and bringing back innovative workforce strategies to local organizations.

“Participation in LOUD26 ensures that Antigua and Barbuda remains connected to regional best practices and emerging workforce strategies,” said Dr. Miguelle Christopher, President of HRPAB. “This conference provides our members and other local HR and business leaders with practical tools, valuable networks, and renewed inspiration to elevate workplace standards locally while contributing to broader Caribbean collaboration.”

The 2026 event will be hosted at the St. Kitts Marriott Beach Resort and will also feature curated networking and cultural experiences, reinforcing regional partnership and collaboration beyond the conference room.

In addition to in-person attendance, the conference will offer a virtual participation option, ensuring broader accessibility for professionals unable to travel.
