Police Investigate Fatal Stabbing
St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, Thursday, 27 February 2026
A Green Bay man is currently in police custody assisting with investigations surrounding a stabbing incident that claimed the life of Dalton Cornwall of Jennings.
Dalton was transported to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Center with a puncture wound to his right shoulder, following an incident at the Valley Road Service Station at approximately 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, 26 February.
He was later pronounced dead at approximately 5:08 p.m.
A male suspect from Green Bay was subsequently arrested and taken into police custody. Investigations into the matter remain ongoing.
Meanwhile, the police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information that may assist with the investigation to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or call the Crimestoppers anonymous hotline at 800-TIPS (8477).
The Police Administration extends sincere condolences to Dalton’s family as they grieve his tragic death.
