Antigua and Barbuda continues to strengthen its position as a leading Caribbean destination for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE), with Chief Marketing Officer Charmaine Spencer representing the destination at FIEXPO Latin America 2026 in San José, Costa Rica.

The event provides a key platform to connect with international meeting planners, associations and industry leaders, supporting Antigua and Barbuda’s efforts to attract more business events and partnerships.

Minister of Tourism, the Hon. H. Charles Fernandez, welcomed the participation, noting that the MICE sector is a valuable component of the destination’s tourism growth strategy.

Antigua and Barbuda’s presence at FIEXPO follows its recognition as the Caribbean’s Leading Meetings & Conference Destination 2025 at the World Travel Awards, highlighting the destination’s growing reputation for hosting world-class conferences and business events.
