The Minister of Health, Wellness, Environment and Civil Service Affairs, Michael Joseph, has paid tribute to respected surgeon Dr. Subbiah Radhakrishnan following news of his passing.
In a condolence message, Minister Joseph described Dr. Radhakrishnan as a dedicated healthcare professional whose years of service left a lasting impact on Antigua and Barbuda’s medical community.
