Caleb Auguiste has been found safe after an urgent public appeal was issued Thursday seeking help to locate him.

Relatives, friends and members of the public had joined efforts to share the missing person notice across social media and community networks after concerns grew over his whereabouts.

Confirmation later emerged that Auguiste had been located safely.
