The Irene B. Williams Secondary School PTA, in collaboration with Peetron Music, the National PTA Association, and So Arise Music International, is proud to announce the launch of the National Easter Festival Antigua and Barbuda, scheduled for April 4th–6th, 2026.

This three-day festival promises to be a powerful celebration of music, faith, youth talent, and community spirit, while also serving a meaningful cause—supporting the development of schools across the nation.

The festival will open on April 4th with the National School Choir Competition – Secondary School Edition (Dress Uniform Edition), showcasing the vocal excellence and discipline of secondary school choirs. The winning choir will receive a $7,000 prize package, making this a highly anticipated event for schools across the country.

On April 5th, the spotlight turns to gospel music lovers with the Praise Break Gospel Quest, a spirited gospel competition designed to inspire and uplift. The winner of this competition will receive a $10,000 prize package.

The festival culminates on April 6th with a grand gospel concert titled “Joyful Noize”, a dynamic showcase of praise and musical ministry.

Beyond entertainment, the National Easter Festival is a charitable initiative. Each year, the project will adopt and support a selected school. For 2026, proceeds and assistance will go toward the Irene B. Williams Secondary School, helping to address key needs and necessities. Organizers aim to expand this outreach annually, adopting different schools and contributing strategically to educational development.

A formal proposal will be submitted to the Festival Commission, and organizers are optimistic about national support for this impactful joint initiative.

The public is encouraged to save the dates and look out for further announcements, as more information will be released soon.

This National Easter Festival marks the beginning of great things to come—uniting faith, culture, and community for a worthy cause.
