West Indies Oil Company Limited says it has made donations through the Antigua and Barbuda Union of Teachers to support educators and educational institutions across the country.

In a message marking World Teachers’ Day 2026, the company said the contributions formed part of its commitment to giving back to communities. It did not disclose the value or nature of the donations or identify the recipients.

WIOC praised teachers for nurturing students’ talents and ambitions, saying their contribution often extends beyond classroom instruction to guidance, encouragement and personal support.

The company thanked educators for their efforts and the lasting difference they make in students’ lives.
