The Caribbean Baking Awards judging competing kicks off today and this year’s competition will be judged by an exceptional international panel featuring one of our very own culinary professionals. We have from Antigua and Barbuda our very own – Chef Nadine Anthony, Trinidad and Tobago/Guyana – Chef Dominic Dart, and Sint Maarten – Chef Kareem Brooks, along with a distinguished celebrity judge from the United States – Chef Lincoln Alexander, ensuring world-class standards throughout the competition.

I am honored to be working along with some of the best judges to include the celebrity judge Chef Lincon Alexander where I am hoping to strengthen my art work and professionalism in grading and evaluating the baking art of those who will continually be graded under my watch.

Founder and CEO Shanda Webster-Glasgow said the continued support from Antigua and Barbuda demonstrates the country’s commitment to culinary excellence and its growing influence within the Caribbean baking industry.

As the Caribbean Baking Awards continues to grow, the organization remains committed to celebrating Caribbean talent, creating opportunities for young bakers, strengthening culinary tourism, and showcasing the rich baking traditions that unite the region.
