Important Advisory Regarding Card Usage in Cuba

    Dear Valued Customers,

We regret to inform you that Visa and Mastercard cards can no longer be used in Cuba.

Following a United States Executive Order issued on May 1, 2026, Cuba’s central bank advised that a foreign partner previously responsible for processing credit card transactions has limited its operations.

Consequently, Visa and Mastercard cards, including ECAB’s debit, prepaid, and credit cards, cannot be used for purchases within the country.

Customers planning travel to Cuba are encouraged to make alternative payment arrangements to avoid any inconvenience during their stay.

We apologise for any inconvenience this situation may cause and appreciate your understanding.
