SOURCE GARD CENTRE: Today, we proudly celebrated a major milestone as students from the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Programme at the Sir Novelle Richards Academy were honored during our 2026 Closing Ceremony held at Freemansville Methodist Church.

Surrounded by proud families, educators, church leaders, government officials, and community partners, the ceremony recognized students who successfully completed vocational training in hydroponics, backyard gardening, and customer service. Today’s celebration was not only about certificates and accomplishments but also about recognizing the determination, resilience, growth, and potential of every student who participated in the programme.

At the GARD Center, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to learn, develop practical skills, and build confidence in an environment that encourages inclusion and empowerment. Through our partnership with Sir Richards Novelle Academy and the Ministry of Education’s Special Education Needs Department, we continue to create meaningful opportunities that help students prepare for brighter and more independent futures.

We were honored to welcome the Honorable Daryll Matthew minister of education, science and technology, along with several distinguished guests and stakeholders, who joined us in celebrating the achievements of the students and reaffirming the importance of inclusive education and vocational development within Antigua and Barbuda.

We also extend sincere appreciation to our instructors, support staff, parents, sponsors, community partners, and the Freemansville Methodist church and media for their continued encouragement and commitment to the growth and success of our students.

To the students of the SEN Programme , today stands as a celebration of your hard work, progress, and perseverance. We are proud of all you have achieved and look forward to seeing you continue to grow, succeed, and inspire others.

Congratulations to the graduating class of 2026.
