The Antigua & Barbuda Pan Association (ABPA) wishes to assure the general public that the ABPA remains fully committed to its member bands and wants full participation in Carnival 2024.

Negotiations with Antigua & Barbuda Festivals Commission will continue with the aim to reach an amicable agreement for a successful Carnival 2024.
