Please be reminded that anyone considering hosting a competition or promotional activity for Valentine’s Day or any future promotion is required to submit an application for approval to the Consumer Affairs Division.

This includes all giveaways, raffles, and promotional draws.

Applications should be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the intended start date to allow adequate time for review and approval, as approval must be granted prior to the commencement of any promotional activity.
