The ABLP’s Political hopeful for St. Phillip South Mr. Adrian Richardson hosted his second annual Health fair on Sunday 16th November 2025 at the St. Phillips Village Playing field.
Mr. Richardson says that information shows many persons within the Constituency are battling Diabetes and Mental health conditions.
Mr. Richardson who also goes by the name “Action Man” says that a simple healthier eating practice and exercise can help curve the direction of Diabetes and that Diabetes does not have to be a life sentence.
The Action Man further states that some stress factors can be contributing to Mental health conditions and needs urgent attention. He urges everyone to consume less negativity and to suround yourselves with people and things that enhances positive growth within their lives.
Amongst Richardson’s medical team were personnel from the American University of Antigua and Ms.Chaniel Imhoff.
Mr. Richardson states that his team of professionals specializes in areas of Mental health, Nutrition and General Health.
Mr. Richardson has been showing commitment towards a more Positive and healthier lifestyle and has a religious background.
Mr. Richardson encourages everyone to put their health first for without health we all are nothing.
