The Halo Foundation, together with Ms. Gaye Hechme of Island Living Antigua/Moongate and Cage Enterprises (headed by the late Everod Roberts ) , as well as Their Excellencies Sir Rodney and Lady Williams (in their personal capacities) partnered to provide the funding for the St. Vincent de Paul Care Facility . The premises benefitted from a necessary reconstructed driveway and the installation of two brand new gates and motors .

The Board of St. Vincent de Paul , with active participation from Ms. Patricia Collins , was instrumental in the installation of a perimeter fence and strategic oversight.

The project was undertaken to improve accessibility and an additional gate was added to make entry and exit easier and safer for the elderly, who are brought to the facility on a daily basis.

This joint effort demonstrates the impact that can be achieved when individuals collaborate to address the needs of the vulnerable in our country.
