Police are searching for a masked gunman who robbed M&M Service Station on Old Parham Road on Sunday night.

Surveillance footage shows the armed man entering the business and jumping over the counter to reach the area where a cashier was seated.

The employee crouched beneath the counter as the robber searched the area. He then fled with what appeared to be at least one item. The report did not specify what was stolen.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or 462-3914, or Crime Stoppers at 800-8477.

The robbery comes as police intensify efforts to tackle a wave of recent gun crimes in Antigua and Barbuda.
