DJ Jime Events has donated $5,000 to the Youth Intervention Unit to support plans for a dedicated rehabilitation wing aimed at helping young people facing challenges.

The organization said the contribution reflects its commitment to investing in young people and supporting programs designed to steer them toward more positive choices.

The Youth Intervention Unit provides a structured environment for students who have been suspended from school, allowing them to participate in productive activities during their suspension rather than remaining at home.

Its programs include conflict resolution, life-skills training, counselling and other intervention strategies intended to address underlying problems and help prevent volatile situations from escalating.

DJ Jime Events said it was proud to support organizations working directly with young people by providing guidance, opportunities and second chances.

The $5,000 contribution will go toward the development of the Unit’s planned rehabilitation wing.
