Students who participated in a UWI Short Course Summer Initiative in Barbuda have all completed their courses with distinction, according to Sen. Kendra Beazer.
The students’ achievements were celebrated at The Sage Table in Barbuda, where Beazer congratulated participants on their academic success.
In a Facebook post, Beazer said the results reflected the students’ hard work, discipline and commitment to growth. She described the celebration as an opportunity to recognise their efforts and accomplishments.
Beazer also highlighted the importance of creating opportunities for lifelong learning, saying the students’ success demonstrated the transformative power of education.
The post did not specify the number of participants or the courses they completed.
