The Halo Foundation has reaffirmed its commitment to youth development by providing financial assistance to support a three-day Youth Leadership Camp which was hosted in collaboration with The Salvation Army.
The Foundation donated towards meals for approximately 30 young participants attending the recently held camp under the inspiring theme, “Lead Yourself. Lead Others.”
The camp was designed to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to become effective leaders within their communities. Through a carefully structured programme, participants explored topics including leadership development, emotional intelligence, conflict management, self-esteem, resilience, and purpose-building.
PRO of the Halo Foundation, Mr. Cuthbert Forbes , emphasized the importance of investing in the nation’s youth, noting that empowering young people with strong values and practical leadership skills is essential to building stronger communities and a brighter future.
