The Ministry of Health, Wellness, Environment and Civil Service Affairs has congratulated Igene Haywood on earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Monroe University, graduating summa cum laude.

Haywood began her studies in April 2024 and completed the degree in December 2025, earning one of the university’s highest academic honors in recognition of her outstanding academic performance.

She has served the Government of Antigua and Barbuda since July 2007 and has spent part of her public service career within the Ministry of Health.

The ministry said Haywood has consistently demonstrated professionalism and dedication throughout her years of service, adding that her academic success reflects her commitment to continuous personal and professional development.

The ministry extended its congratulations and best wishes for her continued success.
