I am addressing this letter with a heavy heart to the Director of Social Security.
Almost 2 years ago, I purchased a parcel of land in the Paynters area from the Social Security establishment,
As a young person, purchasing that parcel land has been my first & only investment so far. As a followup I was hoping to build a little 2 x 4 so I can have a little shelter over my head.
Unfortunately, it seems to me that I am unable to see the fruits of my labour.
To this day, the infrastructure, such as road, water & light has not been installed… Sigh!
Ever so often, I visit the area and all I am seeing is an area filled with vegetation like a forest.
I find this grossly unfair & disrespectful to those of us who bought the lands there. The lands are fully paid off for, so why are we been treated this way?
I have been paying rent for several years and it is full time for me to become a sole owner of my own property.
As a result, I will be happy if I can be refunded the forty plus thousand dollars i spent to purchase the land, so I can seek somewhere else to start my long dream investment.
Thank you!
Alex
