PDV Caribe Antigua & Barbuda Limited (PDV CAB) in collaboration with the Government of Antigua and Barbuda announces the distribution of the new Senior Citizens’ Utility Subsidy booklets for the period March 20 2 6 to August 202 6. This distribution will be done from MondayFebruary 23rdto FridayFebruary 27th, 2026,from 9am to 4pm dailySaturday February 28th, 2026 from 9am to 1pm ,Multipurpose Cultural Centre , Perry Bay.
Beneficiaries are reminded to bring along the following documents: –
● valid government issued photo ID (Voter’s Card, Passport or Driver’s License);
● Social Security Pensioners’ Card;OR
● previous booklet
Beneficiaries who are unable to collect their booklets in person may assign someone else to collect on their behalf. This individual must present the following documents:-
● his/her valid government issued ID;
● the beneficiary’s Social Security Pension Card; OR
● the beneficiary’s previous booklet
Beneficiaries are asked to note the Distribution Schedule which will be done alphabetically according to surname:
WHEN:
Monday February 23rd
Tuesday February 24th Surnames beginning D, E, F, G & H.
Wednesday February 25th Surnames beginning I, J, K, L & M.
Thursday February 26th Surnames beginning N, O, P, Q, R & S.
Friday February 27th Surnames beginning T, U, V, W, X, Y & Z.
Saturday February 28thSurnames beginning A to Z.
Booklets should be collected during this distribution period to avoid any forfeiture of benefits.
