The Thomas Dooley era continued on an unbeaten note as the Golden Jaguars maintained their perfect record in Group C in the CONCACAF Friendly Series, crushing hosts Antigua and Barbuda 4-1 last night at the Sir Vivian Richards Ground.

Guyana’s starting XI for the contest, which featured only one locally based player, comprised Quillan Roberts, Jalen Jones, Nathan Ferguson, Deon Moore, Raushan Ritch, Nathan Moriah-Welsh, Elliot Bonds, Omari Glasgow, Kyle Reid, Stephen Duke-McKenna, and Osaze De Rosario.

It would only take the Guyanese, who scraped past Bonaire 2-1 in their previous fixture, 11 minutes to break the deadlock as Omari Glasgow, the nation’s leading scorer, extended his tally with a conversion. The score remained unchanged entering the halftime interval.
