ST. JOHN’S, Antigua and Barbuda — Antigua and Barbuda Amateur Volleyball Association coach Braulio Estrada López has completed the Eastern Caribbean Volleyball Association (ECVA) Beach Volleyball Coaches Course in St. Kitts and Nevis.
The course was conducted alongside the ECVA Under-20 Beach Volleyball Championship and formed part of ongoing efforts to strengthen coaching standards across the region.
The Antigua and Barbuda Amateur Volleyball Association (ABAVA) said the training represents another step in its commitment to improving the technical capacity of volleyball in the country.
According to the association, the knowledge and best practices gained during the programme will help enhance the development of athletes, coaches and the national beach volleyball programme.
ABAVA congratulated Estrada López on the achievement, describing it as a reflection of his dedication to professional development and the advancement of the sport.
The association also thanked the ECVA for organising the course, as well as ANOCES and the Antigua and Barbuda National Olympic Committee for supporting opportunities for coach education in the region.
