Lt. Col. Alando Michael of the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force is among three new members welcomed into the Regional Security System’s Coast Guard Commanders Forum.

The other inductees are Assistant Superintendent Reece Auguste of the Royal St. Lucia Police Force and Assistant Superintendent Glenfield Campbell of the Guyana Police Force, the RSS announced.

The regional security body said their induction strengthens the forum’s efforts to improve partnerships and operational coordination in safeguarding the Caribbean’s maritime space.

The announcement was accompanied by a photograph of the three new members alongside RSS Regional Maritime Officer Lt. Cmdr. Rolerick Sobers and conference chairman Cmdr. Deon Henry of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Coast Guard Service.

The RSS did not specify the date or location of the induction in its announcement.
