The Antigua and Barbuda Football Association (ABFA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jacques Antonio Passy Kahn as the Interim Head Coach of the Men’s National Senior Team for the next six months.

Passy’s extensive coaching experience and proven track record makes him a valuable addition to the national program.

A native of Mexico, Passy holds coaching badges from both the Mexican Football Federation and the Peruvian Football Federation, along with specialized training from the Dutch KNVB.

His impressive credentials include a variety of coaching roles at both the club and national team levels throughout the Caribbean and Latin America.

Previously, Passy served as the head coach for the Dominican Republic’s senior and under-23 men’s national teams, where he demonstrated his ability to elevate team performance and growth in international competitions.

He also held the position of national team Head Coach for Saint Kitts and Nevis, where he guided the team to a record high FIFA ranking of 73, significantly improving their standing in world football.

Notably, under his leadership, Saint Kitts and Nevis achieved their first-ever birth into the CONCACAF Gold Cup, as well as their first-ever European victory, defeating Andorra 1-0.

As the former technical director and coach of Dorados de Sinaloa, Passy made history as the youngest coach in Liga MX while leading the team to the premier division.

He has been recognized as “the most decorated coach in the Maccabiah” for his illustrious work with Mexico’s team in European and Pan American competitions since 2004.

Kahn has also developed strong ties with numerous clubs, including prestigious teams like Chivas de Guadalajara, Club América, and Maccabi Tel Aviv, enhancing his network in the football community.

As President of Mexico’s University of Johan Cruyff, he has trained over 400 coaches, bringing vital knowledge and expertise back to Caribbean football.

The ABFA is excited to bring Passy on board as the Interim Head Coach and looks forward to the fresh perspective and strategic vision he will bring to the Antigua and Barbuda Men’s Senior Team.
