    Vincy man to be deported from Antigua and Barbuda

    A 38-year-old man from St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Kemanie Curtis Spencer, is set to be deported after unlawfully re-entering Antigua and Barbuda.

    Spencer appeared before Senior Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel on Wednesday, charged with disembarking a vessel without permission and returning after a previous deportation.

    He is being held at the Immigration Detention Centre and is scheduled to be deported on Thursday.
