Prime Minister Gaston Browne has responded to a wild conspiracy theory alleging his involvement in organ harvesting. The theory, which has been circulating on social media, claims that Browne is connected to a network involved in the illegal trade of human organs. Browne has vehemently denied these allegations, calling them baseless and malicious.
During a press conference, Browne stated, ‘These allegations are not only false but also dangerous. They are designed to tarnish my reputation and create fear among the public. I have no involvement in any such activities, and I urge the public to disregard these unfounded claims.’
The Prime Minister also emphasized the importance of verifying information before sharing it on social media. ‘We live in an age where misinformation can spread rapidly. It is crucial that we all take responsibility for the information we share and ensure that it is accurate and credible,’ he added.
Browne’s response comes amid growing concerns about the spread of conspiracy theories and misinformation in the region. Authorities have warned that such theories can have serious consequences, including inciting violence and undermining public trust in institutions.
The Prime Minister concluded by calling for unity and vigilance. ‘We must stand together against those who seek to divide us with lies and fear. Let us focus on the facts and work towards a better future for all,’ he said.
